CCASPL's Human Resources department is designed
to provide quality services and support
in employment, safety training and employee
relations. Its mission is to perform beyond
the expectations of our 6500 employees,
enabling them to better serve our clients.
Human Resources take an active leadership
role within the organization by supporting
CCASPL's Quality Policy, ensuring
our employees are recognized as our most
valuable resource. The department acts as
a catalyst -- enabling employees to contribute
at peak performance levels to the success
of the business.
Training
The dedicated training dept conducts in-house training as well as on
site training of the operatives. It does the recruitment of site level
supervisors and development along with skill building of Cleaning technician
to promote them for future supervisor. The four – level training of the operatives
is supplemented by job specific supervisor’s training Training reports are available
with the Customer Care dept. and are provided to clients on request. Also responsible
for Planning and execution of special services eg: Carpet care, marbel care, Pest control.
Manpower Management
The MPM dept. does the sourcing of the field force all across India.
They use the MANFIT process to finally deploy a person at the site. It plans manpower allocation for the sites and
anticipates & sort out manpower related problems.
New Site Opening
NSO dept is responsible for all the new sites all across the nation.
This department takes care of the Manpower in a new site i.e manpower
source identification, timely deployeement, quality deployment, permanent
deployment Along with this, it plans and manages logistics in new site i.e.machines,
material etc. All the branches have dedicated executive for this purpose who report
to the Corporate Head –NSO.
Internal Audit
This department acts as internal auditors for the service delivery
to the clients. Their focus is mainly on the training evaluation,
processes and logistics. This department figures out the areas where
focus is required for improvements. It checks out the problematic issues in sites,
and forward to the concerned department before it reaches to the clients, hence helping
to deliver error-free services to the clients.
Marketing
Marketing
department is involved in promoting the
brand image of the company. It highlights
the various service options available through
its tools like quotation, brochures, web
responses etc. It initializes projects site-wise,
for individual or chain of clients. This
department also is involved in sponsoring
various meets, seminars and exhibitions
all across India. We are looking for tie-ups
in India and abroad in the fields of similar
service providers, machines, tools and chemicals
manufacturers.
Finance
The
finance department in any company is generally
thought of as a back office operation that
just "crunches the numbers." Although
that will always be one of the predominant
functions of any finance department, CCASPL
has tried to provide a real service
area for our customers.
With the introduction of the Financial Manager
positions we have individuals who work hand-in-hand
with the operations team on all financial
aspects and have full responsibility for
all, which affords them the flexibility
to work.
Customer Care
This department is responsible for the co-ordination in resolution of client complaints, getting regular feedback, maintenance of proper client relations, and renewal of contracts and revision of rates. The dept works as per a monthly visit/call schedule for all regions as well as from the corporate level. All open client issues are passed on to the concerned departments by mail within 24 hours, seeking prompt action and immediate deadline. this deadline is passed on to the client also by the next day. The HOD of the dept as well as the MD are daily recipients of the regional CC reports. Motto of the dept is "Involve, Inform, Improve".
Compliance
This department maintains all statutory documents like ESIC, EPF, Labor Registrations, and also processes wages and salaries. It prepares the Compliance report, updates the ESI number, also prepares ESI/PF/PTAX, LWF returns. Checks the salary sheets, generated by the Accounts dept., for all regions across the country.One the importants work of the department is generation and distribution of salary slips, PF slips, etc.
IR and Admin
This department is responsible for maintaining proper Industrial Environment and intervenes in IR disputes, moreover its responsible for all legal and IR related issues. Auditing of compliance dept is also within its purview. This department caters the requirement of the manpower for executive and above level from all departments. It handles the contract labor status and follow-up with the clients, if any issues come up. It’s into preparation of yearly bonus sheet where ever applicable.
